Full Body Low Weight Workout

weight loss is best achieved when incorporating cardio and low weight, high rep workouts. I am making this for a few people who asked that are trying to achieved weight loss or just need some starting workouts to feel comfortable doing at the gym.

I preach super sets like it’s the best thing in the world, so this workout will of course be consisted of all super sets. (Refer back to a recent blog post on what super sets are and the types)

The super set groups are:
Back//Bi’s
Chest// Tri’s
Legs
and
Shoulders
–  I won’t be covering abs since I recently did a video and blog post on body weight abs.

For every exercise, 4 sets of 12-15. No more, no less. If it’s less, the low weight doesn’t really have time to create its effect and if it’s more, you start to do burnouts.
